Kestrel Warrior Terms & Conditions of Charter

Terms and Conditions

General Rules:

Number of Passengers:

• The maximum number of passengers is 11 on kestrel warrior 6
• The minimum number of passengers is 1 to make a booking. However, Kestrel Warrior 6 requires a minimum of 1 passenger for the trip to go ahead and in the event that no other individual bookings are taken for a particular date, a minimum charge of 11 people applies or individuals can nominate an alternative date or refund can be requested if we are unable to get the numbers required for the trip to go ahead.

Bookings and Payments:

• All bookings require a £50 NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE.
• All trips are NON REFUNDABLE but an alternative date will be offered if we KESTREL WARRIOR FISHING TRIPS deem the weather to be unsafe.
• A £50 NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE   is required upon booking, and payment balance can be made on the day.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• If you have booked a full boat and there are cancellations within your party, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice to fill the vacancy or your party will be liable to pay the difference.
• You may nominate an alternative date if your trip has been cancelled by (Kestrel Warrior 6) due to bad weather.
• if we KESTRELWARRIOR6 cancel due to maintenance issues you will  have the option to a refund.OR an alternative date.

Weather:

• All charters are subject to suitable weather conditions (the decision is made at the discretion of the skipper) and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather (even at short notice).
• We require the customer to call us at 6:00 pm the night before to confirm the weather conditions.
• Off-shore trips are pending on weather conditions. To travel we require settled conditions that adhere to Marine Board requirements. If inclement weather conditions prevail, it is up to Skipper’s discretion as to whether the trip will proceed. You may nominate an alternative date if your trip has been cancelled due to weather.
• In an instance where the weather may turn unexpectedly, it is at the discretion of the Skipper as to whether an alternative date will be given.

Safety Brief:

• A safety brief is given on board before departure.
• All customers must declare any pre-existing medical conditions or any medication before departure (as some people may require special attention).
• We have the right to ask any customer to wear a life jacket at any time.
• All children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Customer Behaviour:

• It is required that all customers behave safely and respectfully to all staff, other customers and our property.
• If we find that there has been loss or damage to our equipment or vessel due to negligence or unruly behaviour then the customer will be liable for the replacement or repair of the item (funds will be taken from the credit card that is held for security).

Alcohol:

• Alcohol is allowed onboard the vessel, however, responsible consumption of alcohol is to be adhered to.
• The Skipper reserves the right to: refuse alcohol onboard if he deems it to be unsafe, refuse a passenger on board the vessel if they are under the influence of alcohol and can cancel the trip with no refund.
